Payment
Prepayment (Bank transfer with 0.75% discount)
After your order, you will automatically receive an email with our bank details and a QR code for easy payment. When making a transfer (especially from abroad), please ensure that you cover all applicable bank charges so that we receive the full purchase amount.
Your advantage
When paying by prepayment, we grant you a discount of 0.75% on the purchase price.
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely as usual with your PayPal account or via PayPal Express. We currently do not charge any fees for this payment method.
Credit Card (via Stripe)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The transaction is securely processed via our partner Stripe. No transaction fees apply for you here either.
SOFORT Banking (via Stripe)
Use your online banking for a direct transfer via SOFORT (Klarna). You will be redirected to the secure payment page to log in with your bank details. There are no fees.
Note: With this method, the amount is usually credited to our account after 1–2 business days. Your goods will be shipped after receipt of payment. Available for customers from Germany, Austria, and Belgium.
Invoice (Authorities & Public Institutions)
We offer purchase on invoice exclusively for public law entities (schools, authorities, universities). If this applies to you or your institution, please leave a corresponding note in the comment field of your order or contact us in advance.
Cash on Pickup
You can also pick up your goods directly at our premises and pay in cash. Please arrange an appointment with us in advance so that your order is ready.
Shipping
Digital Products
We provide digital products to you electronically (e.g., as a download in your customer account, via email, or through other digital channels). There are no shipping costs for digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Physical Products
We ship our physical products reliably with GLS and DHL. The applicable delivery and shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of the package. Within Germany, standard shipping is generally free of charge (see below for details and exceptions). Below you will find an overview of the cost structure for selected countries.
Germany
For standard orders up to 31.5 kg, we offer free shipping within Germany (excluding island deliveries). Shipments with a total weight over 31.5 kg must be sent via a freight carrier due to their size and weight. The costs for this start from 69 EUR. We kindly ask you to inquire about these costs with us before placing your order.
Other EU Countries
For orders from the European Union with a total weight of up to 31.5 kg, we charge a flat rate of 24 EUR. Shipments over 31.5 kg are delivered via a freight carrier. The costs start from 140 EUR – please inquire about these with us in advance.
Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein
Shipping to Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein costs a flat rate of 30 EUR for a shipping weight up to 31.5 kg. For shipments over 31.5 kg, delivery is via a freight carrier (from 180 EUR). Please contact us in advance for this.
Note for customers from Switzerland
You can use the service of our partner MeinEinkauf.ch. This service allows for low shipping costs and handles the customs clearance formalities. MeinEinkauf.ch delivers the goods directly to your Swiss address (usually within 2–3 days after receipt). MeinEinkauf.ch charges a separate service fee for this (please check the current terms directly on their website). We only charge you for the free domestic shipping to the German address of MeinEinkauf.ch.
Rest of the World (Russia, USA, Canada, Japan, etc.)
Shipping costs to the rest of the world amount to a flat rate of 45 EUR for a shipping weight up to 31.5 kg.
